By purchasing from Oneoeight, you acknowledge and agree that we do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final. We only offer exchanges within a 7-day window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.

SECTION 4 - 7-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are only permitted for size issues or defective items.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with tags.

  • Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with sending items back for exchange.
