1. Shipping Rates

We aim to keep shipping affordable and transparent. Our domestic shipping rates are as follows:

  • Orders below ₹1,000: A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies.

Shipping charges for international orders (including the EU) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there is a significant delay in your shipment, we will contact you via email or phone.

3. Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic (India): 5–7 Business Days.

  • International: 10–20 Business Days (depending on the destination and customs).

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Oneoeight is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at oneoeight.in@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and provide photos so we can assist with a replacement.

7. Exchanges

  • No Returns: We do not offer returns or refunds.

  • 7-Day Exchange: We offer exchanges for size or defective items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Shipping for Exchanges: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending items back to us for an exchange.
